Of course on my drive back to California, I just had to stay in Colorado for a few weeks. Let’s just take a moment to appreciate this backyard at different times of day. It’s such a beautiful spot and it doesn’t even matter if the sun is out or not. And as always, an obligatory Garden of the Gods pit stop.

I’ve never seen my dog more happy than I have at this house. We would have races up and down the mountain, chased mice, and sat outside by the fire almost nightly just stargazing. Because who doesn’t love a dog posing on the mountainside?
